"Hmm... I have once. He was someone I grew up with since childhood, and one of the few people that weren't overly conscious of my white feathers. We even used to go hunting together and often walked back through the nearby woods despite how we could fly, as it was something we had done since we were children. I thought I would spend the rest of my life with him... until he went on a hunt and never came back." Lyndis reminisced about her past with a mellow tone and smile, as her words gradually grew softer until the story's end. |
