[attr="class","rules"] APPLICATION GUIDLINES
(01) Create a thread with your character's Firstname Lastname as the subject. Fill out an application form (see below).
(02) New characters must be level 1 and start with 0 EXP and no money. This means that your character cannot be stronger than a typical civilian.
(03) At level 1, characters should have only one weak non-offensive ability. For example, ability to shape-shift into a cat for thirty minutes at a time.
(04) Please NERF your character's abilities, skills, equipment, and other perks to match the level system. Everything else must be sealed or locked.
(06) New characters can arrive with what they're wearing, but hi-tech or high quality equipment should be damaged or broken.
(07) Add the URL to your character application in your account Profile > Personal > Application section. You can also update your profile images.
(08) Add a 200x300 avatar image of your character. Linking an image from an eternal host is ideal, since uploaded avatars get resized too small.
(09) Please wait for your application to accepted by an existing member before beginning to roleplay. Any registered member can assess your application.
