Snappy Crabs are part of the natural wildlife living within Myrtle Island, and resemble small crabs with sharp pincers. They can be found near the rockpools and beach of Myrtle Island.
They usually remain inside their hiding hole, and only come out to scavenge for corpses and little pieces of meats. Other than self-perseverance, the Crabs would generally avoid any life forms they came across.
However, a contrasting report has stated that an adventurer was ambushed by one of these crabs, perhaps indicating that they may be territorial if one wanders too close to their hiding hole.
Reportedly, their claws are used to slowly tore flesh apart and pick it into their mouths. They also supposedly have a lack of awareness of their surroundings.
Their claws are supposedly much sharper and stronger than they seem, as they are able to wear down and peel off the natural scales of a harpy's talons.
