Kaine is a seventeen-year-old high school human girl with an average physique. She has light purple hair and pale skin, which is its natural color. She is generally normal and has no health issues.
She wears glasses since she is mildly short-sighted, and is not athletic at all. Since Kaine comes from a modern Earth-like universe, her initial attire has a modern style.
PERSONALITY:
Although nearly a senior in high school, Kaine still struggles with finding an identity for herself. She is naturally an introvert, but over the years she forced herself to make friends and pretended to be an outgoing individual in order to please others. As a consequence, Kaine established a persona for herself that feels quite "fake" and detached from her true feelings. With university applications looming on the horizon, the insecurity has only gotten worse.
Truthfully speaking, Kaine doesn't know what she wants to do. She tells people she wants to be a "musician" to sound cool — but also because she is avoiding the question of what to do about university and her future. Out of sheer luck(?), Kaine fell into a puddle and ended up in Probos.
HISTORY:
Kaine comes from an ordinary Earth-like world with no magic or special abilities. Although humans in her world have vibrantly colored hair (e.g. pink, blue, purple), they are otherwise normal.
She was an ordinary high school student growing up in an ordinary family before she fell through a puddle. At home, she has a cat and lives with her single dad. She is in the upper quartile of her class and is not inclined towards troublemaking. Kaine has never dated nor had any romantic interests.
ABILITIES:
Synesthesia. Kaine has perfect pitch, primarily because she is a natural synesthete. When she hears sounds, she sees colors. As a consequence, every person's voice elicits a unique spectrum of colors for her.
