So one difference right now between PAG and SAG is the power levels.
PAG starts with a much weaker level 1 beginning, whereas SAG is much more abstract.
However, PAG's power slope actually goes a big higher than SAG's curve. The "1 powerful skill" is set at Rank B instead of Rank A, meaning that it's a little bit more likely for characters to get to that point (faster).
Unsure what are people's thoughts about this.

min What about magic power levels? How would they be regulated? As someone with magic could start with beginner water magic and start killing things with water magic or spells like water whip, water bullet? I'd recommend that starting from Level 2 - 3 that they can start doing some combative water magic, but it has to be simple. What about Items? How would they be regulated? Could people start with multiple items or something? I'd recommend 1 non-combative Item that has a story purpose for the character. These are just ideas. :3 Don't want to be too restrictive.

[attr="class","graves"] These are excellent thoughts, and I like them!
My thinking is that the simpler the rules the better -- meaning I would prefer all level 1 characters to start with one non-combative weak ability... or anything equivalent to that. So one non-combative spell = one non-combative species perk = one non-combative talent.
I'm fine with multiple items as long as its not more than what they'd ordinarily carry around with themselves, and anything strong/nice is broken.
