Elder Nanai appears quite healthy and lively despite her old age, with soft white hair and a healthy complexion. Her hair is often tied up in a perfectly neat bun using two stick-like ornaments, that complements her dark red eyes. She often has a smile on her face, and stands tall and straight with good posture.

Elder Nanai rarely reveals much details about her mysterious past, how she came to become as wise as she is today or why she acts with such grace and nobility. But it is faintly rumoured that she was adopted by a noble human family on the Mainland as a baby, before realizing she was actually a mermaid.

Daily life: Elder Nanai often takes walks around the village, reads books(particularly by the Reflecting Pool) and tells stories to the young ones. She often eats meals with her close friend Grandma Nah and keeps her company, or chats to the helpers/members of the currently-shabby little adventurer's guild.

Location: Myrtle Village

Living situation: Lives in one of the biggest houses in the village by herself. She is quite wealthy, and lives off her savings whilst doing odd jobs every now and then.
