REWARDS: - 20 EXP
- Basic Weapon Mastery of the selected weapon.
NOTE: Basic Weapon Mastery is basic. Don't be doing a special technique that can kill 10 things at once.
I was reading this quest and I was a little bit worried about the term "Basic Weapon Mastery" Since the character is only training for a day, to me it feels like a bit of a stretch that they are able to "master" (or even become proficient) with a weapon in a single day? My thinking is that since this quest is repeatable, it should be okay to allow the quest taker to take the quest as many times as they want until they feel like their character has learned something. I don't think it's necessary to list "weapon proficiency" as a reward because I think most players will decide for themselves when their character becomes proficient. When we train at something, we slowly get more proficient, right? xD For some characters, maybe they'll learn it in a day, and others will learn it over a couple months. I also think the EXP reward could be raised. Or alternatively, Sensei Gaiden could ask for a payment as a prerequisite, since he's really nice for doing it for free~ |

It makes sense as well as incentivize people to take the loan quest too! |
